Is delivery free?

Yes. Every order ships free with tracking to the UK, the EU, the US, Canada and Australia, and we email your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items should be unworn, with their original tags attached. Email us with your order number and we will reply with the next steps. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size guide with measurements in centimetres and inches. If you are unsure, email us your usual size and the piece you like, and we will help you choose.
Where do your orders ship from?

Orders are packed and shipped by our logistics partners and warehouses, so a parcel may come from a different location than our business address. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.
